    We ship your orders to the following European countries.

    Rates and delivery times for orders received before 17:00 h, on working days:

    • Mainland Spain and mainland Portugal: Free shipping - Delivery in 24-48h.
    • France: 11€ - Delivery in 4-5 working days.
    • Europe ZONE 1 (Germany, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands): 13€ - Delivery in 4-5 working days.
    • Europe ZONE 2 (Austria, Denmark, United Kingdom): €18 - Delivery in 4-5 working days.
    • Balearic Islands: 6€ - Delivery in 72h.
    • Canary Islands: 13€ - Delivery in 5-7 days.
    • Madeira Island: 38€ - Delivery in 24 hours.

    Shipping freight costs, which may vary over time and may be different from those expressed in the checkout of the purchase process. If so, we will contact you on the telephone number provided to inform you of any variation and for you to decide whether you wish to continue with the purchase process. In no case is shipping free of charge to these destinations.

    Other costs by law, which are borne by the customer and will have to pay the courier agency to deliver your order (they are not charged on the invoice), such as local taxes, customs clearance fees and other costs specific to each destination territory, which will depend on the amount of the order. This is an additional amount that is not included in the total that will be indicated at the time of purchase in our online shop.

    If in any case there is no stock of the product ordered, the customer will be informed, through the email provided, of this incident and we will offer the fastest possible final delivery option. The customer can then decide whether to continue with the purchase or cancel the order. In which case all amounts paid by the original method of payment will be refunded.

    Return / exchange policy

    Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased on within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

    To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition, with all tags attached, in its original packaging and with any other promotional products included. As when you received it, without having been used or manipulated.

    For the management of returns the customer will send the package with the courier company of their choice and postage at their own expense.

    For processing you should contact, be sure to include your order number in all email correspondence, so that we can locate and refer specifically to your order.

    It is important that there is no damage to the original packaging when packing the item. 

    Once the product has been received in our warehouses and after checking its condition, we will proceed to refund the amount through the method of payment used in the purchase, within a maximum period of 14 days after notification of withdrawal.

    If the exchange or return comes from Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands or International, both the return costs and the customs expenses and local taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.

    If the product does not correspond to the order placed by the customer, Binsumo Productos SL will be responsible for all costs. The original purchase invoice issued by Binsumo Productos SL must be presented in order to carry out any procedure. No goods will be dispatched until the item being returned has been received in our warehouse and has been checked to ensure that it is in perfect condition. Once we have contacted the customer we will proceed to collect the product, free of charge, and the incident will be processed.

    Refund policy

    We only offer full refunds (including shipping cost) if you have been sent the wrong product. Please email our customer service team at if you experience this problem so we can see how we can help.

    Cancellation Policy

    If you have placed an order in error, please email our customer service team at, immediately to see if you are within the cancellation period. Provided that we have not delivered the prepared order to the carrier, we will proceed to cancel your order according to your request and initiate the process of refunding 100% of the amount paid for the purchase. Payment for cancellation will be completed within 10 days.
